Return Policy

Return of good quality goods

  • The client has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving goods - in within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase, under certain conditions (see Further).
  • Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation is preserved, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods.
  • The customer is not entitled to refuse the goods if the goods were made to order and specified product can only be used by the customer who purchases it.
  • If the client refuses the goods of good quality, the seller must return the amount of money to him, paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the costs of the seller for delivery from the consumer returned goods, no later than 10 days from the date of return of the goods to the supplier's warehouse.
  • Customer pays for return shipping.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

A product of inadequate quality means a product that is unable to provide its functional quality due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects / defects).

The buyer to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, if this was not agreed by the seller, entitled to his choose to declare any of the following requirements:

  • replacement for a product of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same product of another brand (model, SKU) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
  • commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
  • gratuitous elimination of product defects or reimbursement of expenses for their correction the buyer or by a third party;
  • the right to refuse to perform the contract and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods;
  • Payment for the delivery of the return / exchange of goods of inadequate quality are made at the expense of the seller.

If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods arose due to the fault of the buyer, then buyer is obliged to reimburse the online store for the cost of the examination, as well as the costs associated with its implementation on the transportation and storage of goods.
